Hi! I’m Derek, a wee bit of the Frisky Haggis Team. I have over 30 years of experience as a chef and business owner. In that time I've worked alongside some fantastic people. I'm lucky enough to have some in our current team.
I worked as head chef for venues such as Dunkeld House, Moness Resort, Perth Concert Hall, Horseradish Culinary Academy at Chester Racecourse and many more.
Our team are highly trained and super attentive. We thrive on the pressure that weddings and corporate events provide and we always aim to exceed your expectations.
